Hygiene Assistance:

We provide support with bathing or showering, dental care, grooming, and hair care, including washing and styling. 

Dressing and Undressing: 

We help select appropriate clothing and assist with putting on or taking off clothes. 

Toileting Assistance: 

We offer support with using the toilet or commode.

Mobility Support:

We assist with transfers, such as moving in and out of bed or chairs, and aiding with movement around the home.

Medical Assistance:

We remind service users to take their medication and support medication administration in line with prescribed guidelines. 

Skin Care:

We help with skincare routines and monitoring or addressing any skin-related issues or concerns.

Emotional Support:

We provide social companionship and reassurance through conversations and social activities, thereby ensuring emotional well-being and social connectivity. 

Household Tasks:

We assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Health Monitoring:

We monitor and report changes in the service user’s health, andrecord vital signs and other health-related information.

Meal Assistance:

We support meal preparation, serving, and feeding if required.

Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:

We work closely with the local authority, GPs, paramedics, hospitals, psychologists, mental health professionals, and others as needed.

Respecting Dignity and Privacy:

We encourage independence while providing necessary support, always maintaining the individual’s dignity, privacy, and the right to make informed choices based on risk assessments.
